ZUMBA - Session 2
with Erin Hamlin

The class that started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at a “workout” forever. It’s fun, effective and best of all? Made for everyone! It is a dance fitness cardio class with roots in latin rhythms. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes, bring water and a towel. Erin has been teaching Zumba since 2014, with hundreds of students across Maine and beyond! We Learn to knit a project! Yourchoice! Bring the required knitting needles, yarn and a pattern. Keep it simple: hats, mittens, socks, etc. Students should know how to knit and purl for this class. 3 weeks, Registration: $20.
CPR
with Charissa Kerr, AHA CPR & First Aid Instructor

The CPR class includes adult, child and infant CPR and AED use, adult, child and infant choking, and how and when to call emergency services. The course cost includes use of manikins, video, certified instructor, practical components and a certificate of completion. Video portion has been shortened and the practical time has been increased to ensure enough time to gain skill confidence. This class is taught to the standards established by the American Heart Association. Workbook not included but can be purchased for $10 at the time of class.

First Aid

This class includes basic instruction for medical emergencies, bleeding that you can see, bleeding you cannot see, treating for shock, and how and when to call emergency services. This class is taught to the standards established by American Heart Association using a blend of PowerPoint and video, instructor and practical components. Participants will earn a certificate of completion.
Workbook is NOT included in the $45 registration fee but can be purchased for an additional $10. If you would like one, please let us know at the time of registration - and bring $10 cash to the instructor on the evening of class.
Sebago Lake Kayak Lesson & Historical Tour
